The biggest problem I found, however, was the idea of &quot;brain drain..  During my time there, I spoke with people who had graduated from a higher educational institution or a trade school but had nothing to do with their diploma.  Their options were to leave the country/area, which many couldn&#039;t afford to do, or become underemployed at the sugar cane refinery, for example.

Is Vittana involved at all with the job process or some area of graduate support?
